Pre-campaign:
Assist in preparation, updating Supplementary Immunization activities (SIA) micro-plans and their verification, validation in the field.
Team training.
Campaign Implementation:
Monitor the process of implementation of the campaign as per guidelines and provide feedback to district polio eradication officer.
Monitoring and supervision of polio teams during campaign.
Data collection and analysis.
Attend the daily evening review meeting at union council level for every SIAs and record the findings/observation and corrective action on the following day of the campaign
Facilitate the work of independent monitors.
AFP (Acute Flaccid Paralysis) Surveillance:
Collection and submission of weekly zero reports from all Healthcare providers in their Union council to government district health officer every Monday.
Provide awareness to the local health practitioners about AFP cases and to report them.
Immediately reporting of any AFP case found to the polio eradication officer.
Facilitating in AFP cases investigation and stool sample collection.
Any other task assigned by the district polio eradication officer.

Managing overall activities Microbiology lab.
Microbiological analysis of all sterile and non-sterile drugs of all dosage forms according to USP, B.P specifications.
Documentation
Microbiological environmental monitoring of clean classified areas by Settle Plate, Air Sampling, Contact Plate methods.
Analysis of antibiotics.
Growth promotion test of medium
Sterility and pyrogen testing of all injectable drugs and WFI (Water for Injection).
Air Changes Calculation
Swab testing of machines, floors, sterile dress and workers.
Microbial Limit Test of Non Sterile products.
Draft and modify sop’s used in microbiology.
Bacterial endotoxin test.
