Serving Unilever from last 6 Year in order to lead all the business Inbound, out bound, purchasing, shipments and logistics activities based on cost cutting factor by controlling the lead time as well. The major effort which I have to put for business is as below:
• Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock/inventory levels.
• Creation of Weekly/daily FG Plan as per available resources.
• Take care of Warehouse FG, MM & WM category wise.
• Creation of all STO, OBD’S, Shipment, Shipment Invoices, Stock in transit as well.
• Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.
• Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
• Ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives
• Take caring of all the local demand of supplier to avoid sale loss.
• Responsible for Quarterly FG audit (Physically VS SAP or Excel)
• Strong leadership capabilities.
Development and creation of all the activities on SAP (U2K2 R1P Version) or on Excel to maintain the entire objective clear and transparent.
Responsibility of making shipment documents of FG on (SAP) system software application
Responsibility of FG dispatches to all depots in the country.
Responsible to receive Raw Material from Suppliers and other warehouses.
Responsible to receive FG from the plants.
Responsible for reporting, SAP data updating & E-mailing.
Responsible to dispatch Raw materials to plants.
Responsible for stock accuracy and management.
