Working as a Manufacturing Engineer since 2.5 years (total exp is 4 years). Experienced in steel structure fabrication / manufacturing, Mechanical Design, Product Development, Quality Assurance & control, Commissioning and dismantling.

1. To oversee, streamline, organize and assist in production activities at the manufacturing site. To provide a link between design and production activities as well as estimating the budgets for production tasks.
2. Manufacturing of SI-115 Sundish (CSP-Solar dish) & racking structure for PV projects; requires in-depth knowledge of piping work, welding and mechanical structure.
3. Providing quotations to clients, detailed costing and estimations necessary for quotations. Visiting the proposed construction sites to gather information regarding material needed, Labor requirements and other factors (using Primavera P6 for resource management and allocation).
4. Prepare Budget to ensure that necessary financial statements are available for the monitoring of job (mainly MS Project).
1. Monitoring project management, cost tracking and scheduling of various technical projects
2. Creation and refinement of technical mechanical part and assembly drawings to capture design intent and document the key aspects necessary to accomplish the manufacturing goals of a project
3. Communication documentation to help convey the key aspects of a design to a client or manufacturing partner
4. Creation and maintenance of a bill of materials for projects
5. Data management, release, and transfer process activities
6. Revise QC and update CAD drawings as per requirements
7. Assist in team design reviews in order to evaluate design concepts and make recommendations. Develop alternative design solutions or quick engineering solutions for complex problems
8. Maintain records of design process in accordance with sound design practices with ISO requirements
9. Research and analysis of customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
10. Preparation of Design and simulation Reports on monthly basis and communicating it to my counterpart in PCT, UAE.
1. Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and Factory instruction/observations, and other QA/QC documents.
2. Develops design of experiments and use Cost-benefit Analysis, Control Charts, Quality Management Methodologies (i.e. Six Sigma, Kaizen, and CMMI etc.), Cause and effect Diagram, Histogram, Pareto charts, Scatter diagram and inspection to make sure that the product developed is meeting all the Quality and Customer Requirements.
3. Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the factory and ensures activity at the factory are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
4. Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis test
5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
