I am a professional Driver having 27 years experiance in INGOs (International Rescue Committee and Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe. I have good command on english language practically.I have performed my duties in all major cities of the country as well as in the hard areas of KPK, Punjab and AJK. Being as a driver I tried my best to ensure safety and security to the staff. I am dedicated and hard worker team member, due to this I was promoted to the Head Driver by IRC in head office Islamabad. As a Head Driver i served my duties with the Country Director, IRC, Pakistan. Due to my out standing duties I achieved award of Best Driver of the Year in 2009, in IRC. I have also received Long Service Award in IRC for working more than 20 years with IRC.
- Ensure that all vehicle records are maintained in an accurate and retrievable fashion at all times in appropriate files.- In coordination with Vehicle Supervisor and Admin Officer Maintain and ensure availability of serviceable vehicles for operations at all times.- Check that first aid boxes are maintained in the assigned vehicle- Inform Vehicle Supervisor or Admin Officer Immediately in the case of road Accident or damage to person or property, or in any other situation- Perform any other duty assigned by Vehicle supervisor , Admin Officer or Program Head
1. Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the assigned vehicle
2. Driving within speed limits and in accordance with traffic rules and regulations
3. Assist passengers with carrying parcels and loading and unloading the vehicle
4. Check vehicle daily and maintain in good condition; perform minor and routine maintenance on assigned vehicles;
identify and report maintenance problems to supervisor.
5. Ensure provision of reliable and secure driving services to passengers
6. Ensure proper day-to-day maintenance and log of the assigned vehicles through timely minor repairs, arrangements
for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes, car washing, etc.

1. Executed daily pre-trip safety inspections on all equipment
2. Verified and completed required documentation and reports
3. Applied a knowledge of all applicable laws/regulations safety standards as well as organization policies/procedures
4. Pick and Drop IRC Country Director
5. Prepare OT Sheet of Drivers
6. Preparation of Duty roster and Supervision of drivers to make sure timely pick and drop of the staff and field visits as per desired schedule with consultation of logistics officer and Logistics Coordinator
7. - Follow all rules of IRC, Pakistan. Good behavior with internal staff & External partners.
8. - Inspection of first aid box and vehicle tool kits on each vehicle.

3. Pick and drop of IRC staff and guests to appointed destinations within given
time frames, as directed
4. Receiving of visitors at airport, visa and customs formalities arrangements when required.
5. - Strong knowledge of alternate routes within Islamabad and other major cities of KPK and Punjab and in all major cities in Pakistan including AJK.
