Functions of “Internal Monitoring Unit and Staff Matter Unit’’, July 2018–August 2018
Our responsibilities include;
• To observe and get hands-on learning of how the Internal Monitoring Unit and Staff Matter Unit’’ works and learn about its daily operations.
• To observe staff’s concerns, acquire skills as per requirement, observe day to day public dealing, see functions of internal audit, and witness how departments are interlinked with each other.
• We practiced two software systems in banking and administrative unit. For conducting banking transactions, the system that bank uses is Globus and maintaining the record of employees is the matter of HR department where Oracle software is used.
• Observe various activities in different departments such as Cash and Currency Management, Foreign Exchange Operation, Prize Bond, Internal Monitoring Unit, Staff Matter Unit, Procurement Unit, General Service Unit, Account Unit, Deposit Account Unit.
