Belt Manager
· Teams Managed: 12 clusters (including 15 teams 9 Offices). Currently managing area of 203 cell sites.
· To achieve and maintain TCH 98.5% for whole month.
· To achieve and maintain fuel targets under control for whole month.
· Co-ordination with operator/vendors/subcontractor for fault identification and rectification, problem synthesis & reporting.
· To manage and train the teams for PM and CM activities.
· To manage on OMO part, guest and host’s sites follow-up and response to OMO.
· Provide technical support to the team for better feedback.
· To arrange all documentation and database of cell sites.
TSO
· Responsible to clear all kinds of BTS External alarms.
· Co-ordination with operator/vendors/subcontractor for fault identification and rectification, problem synthesis & reporting.
· Co-ordination with vendors/subcontractors for non-GSM equipment, Gensets (Perkins 17/20/27/30 KVA, Cummins 30KVA, FG Wilson, John Deer 31KVA) etc.
· To manage and train the teams for PM and CM purpose.
· To arrange all documentation and database of cell sites.
· To achieve targets in minimum given time, line such, pilferage, owner issues, rent issues and alarm rectification.
· To co-operate with guest and host’s sites team, arrange PAT and all its related documentations.
· Provide technical support to the team for better feedback.
· Trouble Shooting of Gensets issues.
· Trouble Shooting and faulty monitoring of all types of rectifiers
