• Ensuring Tool Box Talk at entire site on daily basis.
• Visiting to the site with working party and Safety Briefing about all Hazards in project site.
• Taking care of all commissioning activities.
• Conduct Pre Startup safety Review (PSSR) with PMC and Commissioning Team.

• Preparation of Emergency response Plan and formation of Emergency response team,
Conduct meeting with Client and with management staff ,
•Designing and Commissioning of Fire Fighting System for Permanent Facility.
•Conduct HSE Training keeping in view the Commissioning activities,

•Coordinate with Project Manager and Commissioning Manager to done jobs safely,

• Manage the Sub Contractors regarding the safety issues during commissioning activities, Conduct Analysis of HSE inspections and HSE observations, Audits and Safety walk Through with Management.

• Establish the Permit to work.
