1-Worked as an HR-Assistant with Suzuki Shinwari Motors, Peshawar.(From Oct 2016 to Jan 15, 2017)
Tasks and Responsibilities
-Providing Assistance to HR Manager with daily routine tasks. -Updating and maintaining workforce records in Hard as well as in Soft copy using MIS. -Preparing Weekly Performance reports and Monthly attendance reports. -Writing and Issuing Warning letters in case of organization policy and rules violations. -Preparing workforce periodic reports using Suzuki dealership software solution.
Assisting clients with questions over the phone and in person.
Providing administrative support to the office staff.
Interacting with clients, staff, and supervisors.
Collecting Information from SMEs cases and preparing other documents
Data entry for the new application submitted by SMEs.
Scrutiny of application forms and informing clients.
Updating M.I.S for new applications/cases submitted and so on.

2- Accomplished 1-week training with UNDP project-Capacity Building Initiative for Youth of FATA,2016 which is implemented by Institute of Management Studies(IMS), Peshawar University(From July 25 to July 29,2016).
