·       Received an offer letter as Admin Assistant on basis of my performance after 60 days of Volunteer ship.


·       Got promoted as “Admin Officer” with in one year due to my hard work and commitment towards SEHER.


·       Received appreciation from Executive Director (SEHER) in Annual Review and Stands Best Employee of the Year for 2017 -2018.


·       Successfully shifted SEHER Head Office along with 1400 assets and warehouse in an effective and efficient way.


·       In May 2018, appointed as an Administrative Assistant at the Balochistan Nutrition Program for Mothers and Children funded by Government of Balochistan and World bank later on it was notified as Directorate.


·       Learned procedures and documentation of Government organization (Provincial Nutrition Directorate) Furthermore also have knowledge of World Bank Guidelines.


·       Successfully shifted Provincial Nutrition Directorate and all Government assets/office equipment to PHDC Colony Western By-pass within 1 month.


·       In November 2019 given the charge of “Administrative Officer- Head of Admin and Human Resource Department” by Director Nutrition for Project Management Unit(PMU) and seven districts till 30th June 2021 because the project was not extended by the Government of Balochistan.


        Declared Front Line Hero by Feel worldwide due to the provision of extensive support in logistics activities during NCOVID-19 deputed at Director General Health Services office and also conducted Awareness seminars and training in various districts of the Province on NCOVID-19.


        Given Additional charge of Finance Officer of CERF Project under WHO from January 2021 to November 2021.


        On 1st July 2021 appointed as “Admin & Logistics Officer- Head of Admin & Logistics Department” in UNICEF Funded Project by Director Nutrition for the provision of support in 15 different Districts.


On 1st February 2023 got promoted to “Senior Admin & Logistics Officer- Head of Admin & Logistics Department”.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
·         Manage Logistics operations including assets in order to ensure timely and cost-effective transport of commodities.
·         Ensure that accurate accounting, reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are maintained.
·         Ensure that RLO are issued in a timely manner, accurately and accordingly to the correct commodity.
·         Initiative in day-to-day logistics activities, assisting the supervisor, initiate draft correspondence, identification of potential problems and proposing solutions.
·         Closely monitor warehouse stocks, condition of commodities and ensure that the stocks are in good condition. Alert the supervisor on stock levels or condition for timely action,
·         Organize periodic transport market survey to study the market trends and compare transport rates with the market rates,
·         Regularly visit warehouse and check/ensure that all records are maintained properly, random check and sign ledgers and other documents, ensure that commodities are stored in good condition, Report to supervisor on the condition of Food/non-food items.
·         Ensure that standard storage practices are applied in the warehouse, minimize commodity damages/losses. Any damages/ losses are recorded and reported to management in a timely manner. Propose appropriate actions to improve any shortcomings.
·         Ensure that the accurate distances are available to all delivery locations; analyze transport rates and report to the supervisor your findings, make recommendations.
·         Assist in contingency planning and logistics preparedness reviews.
·         Excellent leadership skills, ability to plan and organize work and to train and motivate clerical and administrative staff in logistics operations.

•        Successfully completed and participated in One day Orientation Session on Public Health Supply Chain Guidelines organized by USAID and Health Department Government of Balochistan on 25th April 2022.
•        Organized and managed 5 Days Training of Trainers on Facility based Acute Malnutrition and Stabilization Centre Services for staff of District Jaffarabad on 4th – 8th October 2021 at Conference Hall Balochistan Nutrition Directorate with support of WHO.
•        Successfully organized and managed Two Days Training of Doctors and Paramedics on Lactation Management and Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative on 13th – 14th July 2021 at Post Graduate Medical Institute Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta.
