To conduct annual assessment of Production Department employees against respective KPIs.

To monitor production process at different production stages to ensure desired output and product quality.
Ensure maximum utilization factor for machinery.
To monitor handling and use of raw/packing materials.
To conduct on-job training in different sections of production.
To check mixing of materials and preservative according to particular product recipe.
To evaluate different production processes and as a part of the production team perform supervisory functions.

To assist the manager in all the critical issues related to complains and other departmental issues.
To monitor and supervise all production related activities in the absence of Production Manager.
