I am development sector professional with more than 8 years of experience working in Pakistan. I have been involved in the evaluating Not for Profit Organizations (NPOs) against international best practices and the policies and rules set by the Government of Pakistan. I am expert in preparing evaluation reports covering areas of Internal Governance, Finance Tax Management, Policies, and Program Delivery. I have extensive travel experience with rich exposure of socio-cultural environment of the rural urban areas of Pakistan. Presently, I am working in a healthcare research project responsible to plan, coordinate and conduct trainings for the field teams. Additionally, I am involve in monitoring and reporting of project progress to the senior management.
Evaluated more than 100s of Not for Profit Organizations (NPOs) against the standards defined by PCP after consultation with various ministries of Govt. of Pakistan including FBR, MOI and EAD.
Major Responsibilities:
Detailed review of the submitted documents (Charter/MoA, Financial Statements, Project documents etc.) by applicant NPO for the necessary data collection on PCP evaluation model.
Conducted field visits to NPO Head Office and making sound analysis while conducting evaluation by verifying the information provided by the organization.
Visits to NPO project areas for the verification of projects implementation on ground.
Meetings with project beneficiaries for their feedback on NPO projects.
Used Microsoft tools to compile and interpret collected data.
Prepared evaluation reports on each assessment area by highlighting organization's strengths and recommend areas for improvement for organization's effectiveness and efficiency.
Presented evaluation report to the PCP certification Panel for final decision.
Provided technical assistance to applicant NPOs regarding PCP certification program.
Disseminated evaluation reports & letters to NPOs as part of the evaluation process.
