Job Description:
To Develop capacity assessment tools to be used to identify the training needs where needed and learning from their participation in different programmer activities.
To Contributing to the identification of needs for capacity-building actions through needs collection and analysis.
To Coordination with project partners in the identification of thematic training topics and facilitate the trainings.
To Identify the capacity building areas of the advocacy forum and play the role of a catalyst between project partners, advocacy forums and provincial team.
To Contributing to the design of the capacity-building strategy and coordinating a group of experts working on strategic aspects of capacity building and delivery of trainings.

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) prepared to train polling staff for general elections with support from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).ECP demonstrated the polling process which includes several new initiatives taken to increase transparency and public confidence in the elections. Initiatives to be introduced at polling stations in the upcoming elections include the use of electoral rolls with voters’ photographs, new counting forms and tamper evident bags. A mock polling station was set up during the launch and the polling process was demonstrated to guests and the media.
