Responsible for the oversight and execution of all warehouse amp logistic operation activities for Spare
Parts, Chemical, Vehicle, Equipments, Raw amp Pack Material.
Monitoring / analyze/ report shelf life and aging of goods in the spare parts warehouse.
Tracking and preparing a list of Material that is ready and on schedule to accommodate.
Responsible for planning and compliance monitoring of logistics operations in the context of the
judicious objectives for the assigned project(s), including movements of construction materials, fuels,
equipment, people, waste.
Understands the contract requirements for logistics within the construction contracts for their
assigned areas.
Planning and monitoring of contractor supply chain logistics including planning unusual movements,
organizing exceptional customs clearance via Aramco amp government affairs and monitoring
effectiveness of contractor supply chain logistics.
Configuration management of logistics facilities and services, taking actions where existing plans are
found to be ineffective or in need of improvement.
Provides reports and advertises presentations to management relating to existing, emerging or
changing logistics planning.
Monitoring Daily, Weekly amp Monthly KPI.
Maintain a payment list.
Inspect materials received amp dispatch (quality, quantities, batch numbers, expiry date amp specifications.
etc.).
Ensure materials issued are in good condition wrapped amp on proper pallets.
Dispense materials as per company policy.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, housekeeping and security in the warehouse.
Regular inspection of refrigerated store rooms temperature.
Stock materials according to FIFO inventory system.
Conduct a daily physical cycle account.
Report to warehouse supervisor for materials near to expire, damage, defrost etc.
Inventory management amp physical inventory control report.
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
Prepare and update records for checksrsquo requests and invoices for assets.
Record monthly assets movements amp ensure the on time providing the reports.
Understand and comply with companyrsquos policies, procedures and instructions.
Review develops team of Warehouse and shift managers in order to ensure that they maintain
acceptable employees of performance.
