·       Participate in site EHS activities and ensure that site operations comply with legislation and best practice
·       Consultation during the project site design process and reviews site plans to help ensure all new and renovated buildings or space within a building meet the appropriate rules and regulations regarding worker safety and environmental compliance.
·       Work with all employees, contractors and visitors to ensure that all safety policies, procedures and regulations are fully adhered to across the site on an ongoing basis
·       Provide leadership to the management team and all personnel in respect of EHS management and compliance
·       Manage and maintain both Environmental Management System ISO:14001 certification
·       Ensure that EHS audit action items are addressed and closed out in a timely manner

Manager Operations
Key Responsibilities relating following sections:
• Responsible for project planning, budgeting and cost control
• Preparation of Feasibility Reports
• Preparation of Bidding Documents Pre / Post Responsibilities (Alternate Energy Projects)
• Assisting management in the planning of Renewable Energy Project
• Develop and deliver progress reports, feasibility reports, proposals, requirements and
documentations as per deliverables.
• To maintain close coordination between the client Contractor and field team supervising the
implementation work.
• To prepare reports covering Solar Home Systems, and Solar Pumping Systems, domestic and
Commercial biogas plant.
• Responsible for Design and preparation of cost estimates, and implementation of Renewable Energy
project
