Monitoring & evaluation of all Basic Management Units (BMU) in public and private sector of the district including Drug Susceptible-TB, Drug resistance-TB, TB/HIV, Childhood TB, TB Diagnostics in every month
Facilitate the BMU staff to ensure Data entry in case based DHIS2 (District Health Information Software Facilitate at every BMU in your assigned district
TB data validation and timely sharing with Provincial TB program
Responsible as Focal person for all TB related activities in district (both Public and Private)
Capacity building of BMU/DHIS2 staff on TB care

VPD Surveillance officer (EPI) District Peshawar to provide technical support to Coordinator EPI in implementation of mop up activity, case response of vaccine preventable disease, , My responsibilities are, provide technical assistant to District administrative and health authorities in planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation of EPI program according to national immunization activities. Provide technical report and recommendation and share with district and provincial office. Provide support to District health team in data management, analysis and presentation.
Primary responsible for establishing, maintaining, managing, strengthening a functional AFP Surveillance structure and sensitive system in the assigned area including community informant network.Provide coordination and technical support to the Govt. Authorities and partners on Surveillance of AFP, VPD, PID, ILI/SARI, COVID-19 and other emerging or reemerging diseases/outbreaks.Timely investigation of AFP Cases, follow up investigation, ensuring quality specimen collection and transportation.Organize and conduct detailed Epidemiological investigation when needed.Organize and conduct training, capacity building sessions for Health care providers, Govt. Staff, partner staff and community informants.Organize and conduct regular surveillance review meetings at the district and other appropriate levels.Conduct active surveillance visit in the Health Facilities as per National Guidelines.Supervise Environmental Sample collection and its shipment. (Where applicable)Conduct regular in-depth data analysis and performance review of Surveillance network, identify gaps and take corrective measures.Supervise WHO Surveillance team in district and UCs in the assigned area.
