Primary Responsibilities Were:
• Responsible for the whole network of 200 plus nodes.
• To ensure that smoothly working of all Microsoft servers and network.
• Responsible for Active Directory, Email server and Proxy server.
• Network deployment wired/wireless LAN in remote nodes and provides connectivity to the Head Office.
• Creation & modification of VLANS to fulfil the requirement of users and performing Inter VLAN routing to access local servers.
• Traffic filtering using Standard and Extended access-lists.
• CCTV IP camera configuration and ensure the recording of all cameras in NVR server.
• Configuration of UBNT, Cisco, Ruckus & TP-Link devices for wireless connectivity & communication between Campuses.
• Monitor NMS and forward queries to concerned Team/ Vendor.
• Network and system support at all units and shops of Gourmet Foods.
• Training to shops staff regarding IT infrastructure.
• Responsible for network cabling.
• Printers Installation.
• Responsible for the links of shops, restaurants and units.
• Provide IT services and support remotely to user
• Remote/on-site software installation
• Follow up and coordinate the fulfilment of the user complain.
• To work on shifts and ensure that the system runs smoothly.
• To identify issues in the process and give a brief to Team leader
• Completes required weekly administrative tasks including, individual status.
• Provide telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
• Test computer software or hardware, using standard diagnostic testing equipment and procedures
• Supports Network & Desktop Hardware, Software & Applications, & software to ensure optimal deployment of resources, Implements & supports the network
