Video/ Audio Based Complaint Portal

Communication gap has always been a serious problem being faced by users / clients or employees of an institution / organization and universities e.g. PMAS-UAAR, which is also a great concern to its administration, which further aggravates in this current multi-dimensional security environments of Pakistan. To keep an eye on every issue / problem of user’s vis-à-vis controlling it in a systematic way by the administration while keeping in mind the resources available to the institution; there is a dire need to develop and deploy some kind of smart managerial app which is easily accessible to the user as well as manageable by the administrator / organization. "A picture is worth a thousand words" is an English idiom. It refers to the notion that a complex idea can be conveyed with just a single still image or that an image of a subject conveys its meaning or essence more effectively than a description does. Based upon the above fact, Arid-Broadcast, a Video / Picture based complaint management system, comprising of android application and website will provide a platform to reduce this communication gap between the parties. In this regard, Android app recorded videos by the user will be uploaded to the website being managed by the institution. And the administration can take actions accordingly against the video / picture based complaint.
