Client: EVH-1 National Transmission & Despatch Company (NTDC), WAPDA Pakistan | Cost: 200M | Project Tenure: I Year | Scope of Work: Electrical Tasks
Work in substation, power, and mechanical divisions to oversee installation, testing, and erection of various electrical equipment, such as SF6 circuit breakers, CCVT, CT, post insulators, surge arresters, transformers, and wave traps. Direct high-performing erection, testing & commissioning team along with 13 members, such as Engineers & Technicians.
Key Deliverables:
Achieved bottom line results by analyzing electrical equipment, discussing and resolving project issues in meetings and delivering project progress reports to Project Director NTDC, WAPDA.
Reduced cost from 200M to 180M and saved cost by 20M while completing the project in eight months.

Actively contributed in construction supervision of dismantling, refurbishment, and erection activities of refurbishment tasks of Mangla Hydro Power Plant and prepared everyday progress report in a timely manner. Successfully approved and witnessed tests and inspection sheets for parts of generator to analyze condition of parts from approved drawings and specifications. Liable for overseeing erection and testing along with 28 staff members, including Engineers and Technicians.

Held the credit for performing erection and commissioning tasks of DD1, DS1 and DA1 tower. Liaised with supervisors, clients, stakeholders, and design professionals to discuss and resolve issues, such as work procedures and site problems.

Examined tower, stringing activities, calculation and verification of SAG while following company standards.
Generated and delivered progress report while verifying installed equipment as per approved drawings.
Positioned as a Member of PHA & HAZOP committee and revised electrical & instrumentation designs and specifications sheets of the plant. Created feasibilities and standard technical specifications for plant modification jobs, electrical/control systems, and bidding documents. Led overall system commissioning, testing, start-up and initial operation of the plant unit. Designed inter-connection diagrams and administered testing & commissioning of plant equipment by interacting with contractors.
