Prior, Over 6 years as Assistant Manager, Operations of STANDARD CHARTERED BANK LIMITED involved in preparing and implemented improved risk-management, selective business growth and focused / targeted product development in different departments at trade finance, corporate banking, commercial banking and overall bank management experience in Pakistan.
Earlier, Clearing Operational Officer in UNION BANK LIMITED for one year then involved in the set-up of the bank through amalgamation into the Standard Chartered Bank Limited

Responsibilities are
• Look after the customer complaints and forward them to the concerned quarter for comments/clarification after highlighting discrepancies. Look after scrutiny and all the processing work of Micro banking L2 and L3 and make agent live.
• Close following-up with concerned quarters for immediate resolution of customer issues.
• Resolve customer queries and timely respond them in accordance with the policy guidelines.
