Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation plans, tools, and systems for the project.
Collect, analyze, and report on project data, including progress against targets, project outputs, and outcomes, and produce regular M&E reports.

Conduct regular field visits to project locations to collect and verify project data and assess the quality of project implementation.

Oversee a team of field enumerators and ensure the quality and completeness of data collected.
Provide technical guidance and support to field enumerators on data collection procedures and ODK Software.
Ensure that field enumerators are following the survey protocol and adhering to ethical standards for data collection.
Conduct regular spot checks and back-checks to ensure data quality and consistency.
Ensure that data is collected and entered into ODK Software accurately and timely.
Ensure that the team is meeting daily, weekly, and monthly data collection targets and report any deviations to the Project Manager.
Provide feedback to field enumerators on their performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Conduct timely readiness assessments for the Measles & Rubella Vaccine Campaign at the district and Union Council (UC) level using WHO tools and in coordination with the District Immunization Officer and PEI staff.
Monitor and assess the quality of preparatory activities such as trainings, management meetings, ACSM activities, waste management, AEFI management, and data management at the district, tehsil, and UC level using prescribed tools, and share the findings with the DPEC, District Health Management Team (DHMT), and Provincial NPO/TO and Measles Consultant.
Conduct supervision of the Measles & Rubella Vaccine Campaign using observer\'s checklist as per guidelines.
Coordinate with DPEC and DHMT for recording and follow-up of minutes of meetings held at the district level for Measles & Rubella Campaign.

To access the training needs of vaccination staff (Vaccinators and LHWs) as well as help them in provision of training on vaccination mobile application and provide support/facilitation, as and when required.

To visit each participating health center regularly to meet vaccination staff and monitor project activities at staff and house hold level as per guide line provided for monitoring.
To notify the Field Manager and take corrective actions whenever any irregularities are suspected and/or detected.
