• Developing and preparing Tender Plans, Pre-construction programs / Labor Histograms.
• Develop Baseline Program including EPS, OBS, WBS, Phasing / Zoning Strategy Plan and Key Dates/ Milestones, of the project assuring that the Program is fulfilling all the contractual requirements.
• Detailed Planning & scheduling for various stages of the projects that involved works related to various disciplines such as Contracts, Engineering, Procurement and Construction. Assigning Recourses to the project, monitoring the resources allocation and taking actions if there are any conflicts or peaks.
• Developing Cost Breakdown Structure and produce the project cash flow, making sure that the project is always within the budget / Cost control.
• Proactively monitoring the overall Work progress & Contractors Performance.
• Review the progress status reports of all the contractors on board.
• Preparation and updating of S-Curves, Resources Histogram and monthly Cash Flow.
• Responsible for supporting the Planning Manager, highlighting the areas of concerns, Issues or order to take corrective actions and implementing the preventive actions in order to avoid similar issues in the future.
• Review of major scope changes, ensuring that any impact on time is assessed.
• Responsible for assessing time extension requests and provide recommendations against the same.
• Preparing monthly reports of project progress.
• Update & Monitor the overall Baseline Schedule & Key Dates.
• Managing the program’s Resources Histograms, monitoring the progress against Planned Figures and realized benefits as the program progresses
• Hands on experience of handling extension of time (EOT), claims by time window analysis and cost claims.
• Measuring Impact of delay on critical path.
• Hands on experience to handle cost impact due to any change and proceed it by integrated change control management.

• Report to the Resident Engineer and will be supported by Site Engineers.
• Check contractor’s submissions and shop drawings
• Respond to the contractor’s request for information
• Ensure the timely planning and implementation of any traffic detours.
• Assist the planning engineer to monitor progress and notify the Resident Engineer of any potential delays

RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORKING WITH TECHNICAL EXECUTION TEAM
 Full time involvement in site execution activities.
 Supervision of excavation, foundation and column, layout activities and pouring of structural elements.
 Monitoring of material and man power wastage and quality control work.
 Coordination with client regarding drawing and design related quarries.
 Preparation of bar bending schedule.
 Inspection of steel and formwork before concrete and ensuring the preparation of concrete as per specified mix design.
 Raising purchase requisition as per specifications/ drawing and site installation requirement.

WORKING WITH MANAGEMENT TEAM
 Monitoring and maintaining the Daily and Monthly Progress Reports, Delay Analysis Report and present it to Project Director.
 Attending High level meetings with stake holders and maintaining and sending the meeting minutes and agenda to stake holders and consultants..
 Maintaining the record of drawings issued for construction
 Raising RFIs / WIR (work inspection requests) of the major structure activities in coordination with drafting construction and Project Manager.
 Estimation of total quantities (steel, formwork and concrete).
 Assisting the Planning Manager in preparation of planning schedule in Primavera Project Planner.
 Assisting the Construction Manager in preparation of formwork design.
 Prepare and submit the Engineering calculations required as appropriate for the following upon obtaining approvals from the respective HOD’s and process for further approvals from Client, Consultants and Authorities:

 Site execution activities.
 Supervision and pouring of structural elements.
 Preparation of bar bending schedule.
 Inspection of steel and formwork before concrete and ensuring the preparation of concrete as per specified mix design.
 Maintaining the record of drawings issued for construction.
 Billing of sub-contractors according to the work done
