 Analyze and monitor trade & finance operations of the organization.
 Ensure timely execution of foreign agreements to achieve annual trade business of the firm.
 Negotiates with financial intermediaries on the organization’s needs for credit facilities include (ERF P-I & P-II, EFS, KIBOR, RF).
 Evolve financing strategies to ensure trades are appropriate financed.
 Streamline trade channel by arranging LC, Collection, Contracts, Open Account & advance payments.
 Preparation of all shipping documents & their disposal.
 Monitor payments, advances & final settlements.
 Maintain complete trade record & guideline to promote efficiency & regulatory compliance.
 Resolve trade queries & issues of foreign clients.
 Liaising with freight forwarders, clearing agents for smooth trade cycle.
 Evaluated portfolios to identify areas for growth.

1 - Managing firm cash flows by monitoring all financial transaction and ensure adequate            availability of funds for effective operations.2 - Dealing firms overall finance by both means Islamic finance and conventional as well.          (Acquisition, utilization & timely Repayments).3 - Maintaining relationships with banks to acquire funds as per firm financing need through     diverse means (i.e. Against Pledge, Local bill discounting, export refinance, running finance &      F.E 25).5 - Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow.6 - Arrangement of markup’s payments on quarterly and annually basis.7 - Negotiate rates with banks treasury for foreign trade transactions.8 - Manage forward booking to mitigate currency exposure over foreign proceeds.9 - Managing Firm payroll activities also resolve their queries & issues with banks.10-Coordinate with accounts department to reconcile & resolve disputes.11-Maintaining spreadsheets & other company record.

• Major responsibilities are to execute Exports loans, FAFB, FAPC, FE-25 (Pre-Shipment & Post Shipment) ERF Part-I &
Part-II disbursements and adjustments under LC and collection documents.

• Also execute import financing loan facility on request of customer, FIM, FATR, FLATR.

• Scrutiny of EFs documents as per SBP’s regulations.

• Handling of Raised issues’ by State Bank of Pakistan related to export Refinance during executed completion of
export refinance grant.

• MIS Reporting to SBP include Export proceed, Outstanding Advance payments.

• Maintaining credit worthiness reports and their payment which help to execute secure trade transactions.
