MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
• Worked as a Management Trainee officer with Total Parco in Supply Chain & Procurement Dept. My job responsibilities include followings.
• To assist Procurement team by handling RFQ’s, Quotations, Technical vetting’s, Making Comparative statements, meetings with suppliers & project engineers, SAP working, PO approval from finance department, PO issuance to vendor,
• To choose the best quotation in terms of incoterm, quality, quantity, delivery, price, and handling payment matters including TT request & LC, freight forwarding, documentation, invoicing etc.
• Assisting my mentor in procurement related tasks, follow ups, Vendor selection & Pre-Qualification, Coordination with other departments.
• Procurement of the machinery, equipment & retail items for Uraan project by maintaining Supplier relationship management, implementing supply chain strategies, communication with all the suppliers, presenting our company in all the seminars, handling procurement related tasks & assignments
• Other project was Transportation Safety Management System (Supply Chain & HSEQ domain – Combined Project) project to ensure the implementation & maintenance of Transport Safety Standards with vehicle standardization (PATROM), Vehicle Monitoring (VTS/OBC Invariants, night driving rules, safe to load etc.).
• My job responsibilities include accident investigations using different Techniques, Analysis of accident data, action planning & ensure timely reporting, to assist in performing internal audits (Transporters, vehicles, fleet management.
• Coordination with HR, arranging essential Trainings including Defensive Driving Training, First Aid Training & Fire Fighting.
• I organized HSE awareness workshops, HSE conferences and sessions in coordination with corporate department.
• Also did the effective communication via articles, HSE tips and guidelines. I also created a consolidated dashboard for contractors with the name of contractor safety management system.
SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE
• Worked as a Supply Chain & Operations Engineer in the Supply Chain Department
• learnt the procedure of Technical procurement, Installation, Planning, Oracle working, Instrumentation, logistics, distribution and meeting deadlines by implementing effective and efficient supply chain strategies.
• I got the opportunity to learn from every function under supply chain department including production, planning, procurement, warehousing & distribution.
• Worked with pharmacist’s in finished and raw material warehouse by handling & processing inventory, coordination with quality, planning, procurement & quality to have smooth operation, releasing material for dispensing, oracle working, quality approval & distribution of material towards finished goods warehouse then distributors.
INTERNSHIP (Instrument Engineer)
I have done internship in FFC as instrument Engineer (Internee). During this internship I learn lot skills while applying technical and management knowledge.
