I am working in humanitarian sector from last 4 years. I have done my BSC (HONS) in Geography from Government College University Lahore, with a slight touch of Geographical Information System and Remote Sensing. I have done my Post Graduation Diploma in Disaster Management form National University of Science and Technology. Currently, I am working with Food and Agriculture Organization of United Nations from last two years under USAID-funded project. The sole purpose of the project is to commercialize green sector and advance indigenous farming techniques. Prior to join, INFAO, I was part of Islamic Relief Pakistan, relief operations in erstwhile Federally Administrated Tribal Areas and Chitral. An integrated project was implemented to address different sectors like WASH, Livelihood, Disaster Risk Reduction and Enterprise Development. Before joining Islamic Relief Pakistan, I was part of Sirhad Rural Support Program, where I incorporate my services specifically in Disaster Management related activities and in general term I used to be the part of every activity such as report writing, success stories compilation, monitoring and evaluation and distributions. I played a very significant role in National Disaster Management Authority in both logistic and operation wings for emergency services.

Socail Mobilizer
• Mobilize community in context of the project, so that project can be implemented in its true order.
• Worked as distribution officer at different stages in the project.
• Along with mobilization of community, selection of the relevant participants was also included in my responsibilities.
• Preparation of monthly progress report on all ongoing activities.
Disaster Risk Reduction Officer/ Project Lead
• Delivered hundred plus trainings on disaster management and its mitigation measures to the local community.
• Worked at team leader at Tehsil Sararogha throughout the project.
• Conduct 3 days training session on community based disaster risk management, along with drill exercises.
• Worked as distribution officer in both Food for Training and Cash for training project.
• Deliver trainings on fire safety and usage of fire safety tools.
• Conducted “Base line Survey” with consultation of World Food Program, to evaluate the impact factor of the project on house hold level and community level.
• Worked as monitoring and evaluation officer for two months and acted as major candidate in the development of monthly report.
• Revised team structures keeping in view program needs and brought diversification in ethnic and cultural make up of the team.
