Managing Berger Paints Tender segment and collaborating with local partners on new products and services
Working with technical teams on in-house development of products as per customer demand
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams on scope management of several projects

• Managing the research and pre-sales function and provide after sales services to the customers.
• Structuring reports and generating revenue forecasts for projects in close coordination with the regional team.

Responsible to achieve sales volume target, product wise target & new business development target. To enhance productivity, explore new markets & increase new buyers and coverage and to focus on Merchandising Responsible for all sorts of planning and executing them in order to achieve sales target by mean of Area wise sales targeting and planning to achieve them , Shops wise targeting planning , top 20’s Parties sales planning & Product wise planning to achieve organizational goals & targets. Manage and develop new customers, 3S Dealers Suzuki, Toyota, Honda and other institutions. To build good relationship to customers and conduct market visit Plan, develop, implement and monitor marketing campaigns.
