I had developed excellent Financial and administrative understanding while working with SMEC International Pty Ltd funded by ADB where I were responsible for the supervision of matters regarding Finance for all the eight Discos as Facility Management Consultant. My experience aligns well with a strong background in finance, accounting as a Financial Analyst as well as got diploma in computer accounting software from PITAC.
I am adept in financial modeling, performance tracking and analysis of financial statements and monitor as well as to manage the Disco’s activities according to company’s requirements. Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set and organization abilities. • Assist in Preparation of monthly, quarterly and Project Completion Reports for Discos. This requires the collection, collation and financial information for discos, monitoring of performance indicators, Budgeting & projection of Loan amount and preparing statistics/graphs for incorporation into reports.
• Prepare the Financial Statement Consolidation with 10 year financial projections for all Discos .This includes the calculation of major ratios such as DSCR etc.
• Project establishes sound data collection, analysis and reporting strategies on required performance indicators
• Maintain accounts of DISCOs as per contract management and disbursement on monthly basis.
• Maintain in the financial management system for timely infusion of funds and their disbursement in accordance with the establishment procedures and practice of ADB.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure the various components of the program dealing with M&E data collection, verification and reporting.
• Maintain fixed assets register: Managed assets, facility at project office.
• Maintained inventory record of office and ensured proper maintenance of assets.
• Assist in maintaining Project Performance Monitoring System and perform data entry on daily basis. Included are Bills of Quantity, Bidding Packages and Lots, invoicing and currency conversions for all tranches.
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. .
