Lead and manage Fully Automated 250 RO & UF Plants (15000 to 100000) GPD. production facilities On Solar(2.2 to 15kw), Elect & DG Set (5kv to 150 kv) power sources .
Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance & troubleshooting, as well as the reliability and safety of these installations (Site survey, civil work, Ro/Uf Plant installation and solar/EL Installation) with their staff,
Report incidents, raise modifications, review future projects specifications and engineering work. Lead the staff (275 Management and Non Management) and be responsible for the budget realization and compliance.
To participate to recruitment process in order to build and structure the team, as per defined organization chart and budget.
To follow up the construction work being in a position of future operator.
To start to define and organize the operation and maintenance system including technical documentation, work instructions, performance dash boards and reports.
