Accounts Officer
I am currently employed at Askari Bank Ltd as Accounts Officer from the past 12 months. The current job description is as follows :
• Maintaining all the general ledgers and applying accounting measures like; provisioning, reconciliations and record keeping.
• Making of the annual budget, checking out for variances in the actual results and dealing with variances, if any.
• Implementing cost cutting measures and risk management, providing the mitigation of the risks involved.
• Timely reporting of related tasks, and coordinating with the higher authorities.
• Conducting all the compliance measures and dealing with noncompliance, if any.
• Conducting the self audit of the respective branch which makes the job, of key importance to the organization.
