Monitor & ensure the efficient, smooth running of supply activities in the project
Assessment of the market for potential suppliers to secure price and availability of specific items
 Negotiations with suppliers for discounts on quoted prices for strategic and bottle neck
Information sharing with the clients on regular basis – and sometime challenged them as well
Coaching the teams on the physical/information flow of supply chain 
Monitoring and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the activities i.e. order processing, local purchase management, physical (warehousing) and administrative (management of movements) stock management, freight management, supply administration and implementation of standard supply tools (Unifield, Q4, etc.)
Monthly Meetings with all the departments in order to keep supply align for the smooth flow of information and goods flow as well.

· Preparation and submit request for Tax Exemption Certificates to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs / Economic Affair Division for all MSF freights.
· Coordinating with clearing agent, transporter, and Warehouses staff for smooth functioning of the operations
· Manage the Long-Term Arrangements for the Customs &Freight agents and local transporters and ensure timely renewal of the contracts
· Maintain record of government liaison and tax exemption certificates related documents.
· Maintain a high degree of professional and ethical relationships with internal clients and suppliers as well as external entities to get quality and economical goods & supplies.
· Planning of shipment of goods between the projects and from the country office to the projects by choosing the best possible transport means for timely delivery.
· Follow-up with program section for distribution plans of offshore supplies/international cargos.
· Regularly assess the market, companies, prices, services, delays and propose different third party service providers for validation.

Receiving orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities against cargo manifest or others and reporting them, and stores materials in accordance with the system in force, in order to ensure continuous availability
Ensuring good storage conditions of all medical items in the pharmacy in accordance with pharmaceutical standards in order to ensure continuous availability.
Preparing orders of the different consumption units (departments, wards, others), ensuring proper packaging and dispatching and reporting any anomalies or changes in consumption patterns to the Pharmacy Supervisor. Informing Pharmacy Supervisor as soon as stock reaches alert limit.
Monitoring temperature in the warehouse and ensuring that products requiring cold chain are suitably stored and transports received, stored, and prepared and transported appropriately according to MSF Supply and Cold Chain protocols.
Controlling warehouse limited access to authorized personnel and ensuring doors and other exits are secured.
Ensuring correct fill in entries on the stock cards and Unifield software.
Following up stock levels with regards to alarms thresholds, stock out, expiry dates and drugs to expire in the following 6 months. Preparing reports and passing it to the supervisor

Physically and administratively manages medical stocks in conjunction with the supply team leader and the stockowners and assumes responsibility for the warehouse and its contents.
Regularly checks inventory levels (physical counts), keeps inventories up to date and monitors consumption.
Supervising the team under my responsibility including the definition and planning of each person\'s tasks (daily supervision and checking the quality of their work); drawing up working schedule and organizing and leading team meetings.
Implement good distribution practices (GDP) for medical warehouse and all incoming & outgoing shipments from medical warehouse
Regular reporting on stock situation and key performance indicators to line managers and stock owners
Implementation and maintenance of the cold chain and temperature control
