Helped donors in monitoring progress of vaccination in field through various weekly and monthly reports. Supervised data management teams in editing, cleaning and analaysis of data. Designed capacity building content for DEOs , DVAs and Team Leads.

My duties included planning, implementation and reporting of social accountability/citizen engagement initiatives like citizen mobilization and capacity building for citizen action, developing linkages and liaison with government officials for state/government response to address local level issues, dissemination of information for promoting social accountability, designing and launching campaigns for behavioral changes regarding gender and accountability issues, conducting public hearings for better service delivery, multi stake holder dialogues for pre-emption of gender violence and inclusion of women in politics, designing and implementing peace walks/events and youth circles for pre-emption of conflicts and gender violence, preparation of development plans at village/ UC/District level. Preparing and tracking of budget of the activities. Preparing monthly and Quarterly reports for Monitoring & Evaluation section. Monitoring and evaluation of CPO\'s responsible for running Aagahi centers
Delivered 100 trainings at community/village level on topics of democracy, leadership skills, budget literacy & advocacy and gender concepts etc.

I started my professional career as an intern in Ministry of Economic Affairs, where I worked in World Bank and IDB wing. My responsibility besides other included preparing project brief reports and progress reports of World Banks and IDB projects, office correspondence with donors and project directorates, preparing disbursement status reports and preparing answers of national assembly queries regarding foreign aid.
