To provide direct counselling and psychotherapeutic services to clients (children) trough evaluation, crises
intervention and brief individual, couples, and group psychotherapy.
 To develop and implement outreach programs of consolation and awareness rising related to the mental
health needs of victims of torture/ violence.
 To advice the child protection and monitoring centre team concerning client’s mental health issues.
 To prepare reports and analysis setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or
conclusions.
 Develop and implement M&E Plan for project activities in coordination with the programme manager and
get it approved from immediate supervisor; and follow the M&E Plan.
 Carry out regular and routine field monitoring of program activities and produce monitoring visit reports on
the given format; conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan;
and report to MEAL coordinator.
 Conduct needs assessments, baseline, end-line, and post Survey. This involves assisting in the development of
data collection tools, determining sample sizes, and providing training to CPCs.
 Coordination and networking all relevant stakeholders
 Coordinate and record the proceedings of CPM Centre.
 Review project documents, reports, and other relevant materials to assess their alignment with minimum
standards. Offer constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to ensure compliance with
established guidelines and requirements.
 Develop training material in torture victims’ mental health development.
