Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of routine, preventive and corrective maintenance of plant
all rotary & stationary machinery.

Prepares technical reports by collecting analysing and summarizing information and trends of plant all equipment’s planned and unplanned maintenance and overhauling jobs.

Coordinate operation interface to schedule P.M/C.M jobs.

Lead safety related audit planning, conduct
weekly safety talks of the area.

maintaining spare parts inventory up to date.

Introduced a concept of RCM (Reliability
Centred Maintenance) and plan
maintenance of rotary equipment on
basis of condition monitoring reports.

Development and implementation of
preventive maintenance and inspection regimes based on codes and industry best practices and checklists for all equipment’s especially rotary with reference to vendor data sheets and equipment’s maintenance history.

Provide assistance in the analysis of technical
problems, propose solutions and monitor implementation of corrective actions for Rotary Equipment\'s.

Assisting Team Leader in planning, scheduling manpower and resources management for plant outage works.

Provide assistance in trouble shooting issues of plant equipment’s like (Pumps, Compressors, Gearboxes and
Steam Turbine, 140 TPH power boiler its auxiliaries, for evaluation of root cause of failures.

Liaises with vendor representatives when conducting repair work.

Spare Parts Inventory tracking, demand raising, warehousing and inspection of materials.

Responsible for documentation control of the department and capturing all equipment’s maintenance history data.

Effective cost saving through in house fabrication of machinery spares and conversion of OEM spare to OPM spares and local manufacturing.

Assisting Manager in developing, revision and implementation of standard maintenance procedures.
