BASIC WORKING RESPONSBILITY:
Look after an area of Sukkur Zone ( Larkana, Jacobabad, Ghotki ,Khairpur Belts & Sukkur )
Territory with 4 Territory Incharge & 2 Sales Officer to achieve the assigned sales and distribution
Targets.
Look after 25 administrative Towns, 1 Sole Distributors, & 28 Sub-Distributors.
Maintaining effective working relationship with distributors, trades, and sales team.
Claims of distributors and shopkeepers such as damages, Freight and Trade Offers.
Oversee sales, distribution, & business development functions, including new product launching, key account management, customer relationship, stocks order fulfillment to achieve assigned sales
targets
Planning, monitoring & analyzing daily, weekly & monthly sales reports to achieve targets.
Competitor's activities regular tracking & act counter measures
Prepared Area wise, Brand wise, SKU wise Target & Percentage contributions
Regular market visits to ensure availability & visibility of products & ensure 100% service level &
coverage at all outlets of the city/town & its rural outstations, sales development, new market
identification & penetration etc.
Development the under performer team members.
