To conduct the shade development & matching using reactive, disperse, direct, cationic, sulphur & vat dyestuffs visually on exhaust method.
To conduct the dyestuff, pigment & chemical Application, Evaluation, comparison testing.
Trouble shooting on daily production issues on the floor of printing and dyeing department.

Overall responsibility of all activities related to Laboratory.
Plan appropriate and in-time testing and checking through optimal utilization of the available resources.
Plan new process parameters and procedures for tests.
Verify reports of all incoming materials including fabric, chemicals, dyes, pigments.
Verify processes through small-scale production processes in the lab as per requirements.
Maintain and properly run all equipment and machines of the lab.
Developing and reviewing test procedures.

Selection of reactive, disperse, pigment dyes are according to application testing, fastness testing point of view on woven and towel.
To communicate fabric testing results to respective department, marketing personnel.
