·        Attend morning meeting at the branch with the Trainer and share plan
·        Ensure all communication is shared with Team members and they are following the guidelines
·        Hold accountable the team members on the policy violation
·        Ensure practicing activities as per GAC Operational Manual
·        Understanding of all program modules, materials, program indicators, criteria, objectives, outcomes,  and reporting formats
·        Share Trainer’s work plan with HO till 25th of the month
·        Share monitoring plan of RL till 25th of the month
·        Share travel logs on 22nd of the month
·        Maintain vehicle log book as per manual
·        Safety keeping of all asset provided in the region for GAC project
·        For further details thoroughly study the Operational Manual
·        Any task assign by the Line Manager

and How you report on MIS are missing
Daily report in which report is generated and uploaded on server and generate report in different format (EXCEL,PDF)
In case of any client not search after the permission of HO search on web and approval to add in specific group and Program
·        Regular monitoring reporting tool
·        Error-free reporting
·        Auto-compile report and easy to access
·        Quality reporting 
·        Easy to monitor and compile for manage for presentation
What are the important aspects and indicators of the travel policy that will be followed by ARL
What will RL do? In case of exceeding the fuel limit, In case of accident, in case of budget request, If Trainer is not following the policy, etc.
I want to know the understanding of RL
Usage of official vehicle for office work, personal use not allowed and also use in Region
In case of fuel exceeding prior approval required form Sr manager GESA , or if budget increases get approval by email form Sr Manger GESA
In case of accident shred the incedent report with Admin and also shared with Manger GESA on priority basis
In case of tiner not followed the policy guide and document the things and deals according to the accountability Matrix 
 Traveling accruing to guidelines of Project and HO team
·        Clearly mention how to utilize amount
·        Development of travel log under policy
·        In case of any clarity conduct to Line manager for travel
·        Understand how to maintain vehicle oil change tire change wash etc.  (What is your concept and understanding?)
·        Usage of official vehicle (in what circumstances you cannot use official vehicle? Where will you lock it? Where should be the keys of the vehicle? In what situation RL can drive the car? Do RL need any permission for driving car? Do you use in fog and flood? what is your concept and understanding?)
Oil change after 5000 reading prior request shared with Admin and CC to Manger GESA
After 50000 km tire change with 3 quotations shared with Admin and getting approval from GESA Manager 
Official vehicle  Park on Allocated approved point RO.AO for HO
In case of driver absence after the approval of HO team RL will driver only for 2 days
Yes permission is required for drive the vehicle from HO  
In case of Foq and Flood park car in save place and wait for normal conditions after the approval of HO team then start traveling
