Main Responsibility:
Ø  Ensuring the effective compliance of all PM activities via leading a team of mechanical technicians and liaising with vendors.

Ø  Effective Preventive and Corrective maintenance of packaging machines including VFFS and HFFS etc. to meet production targeted volumes
Ø  Development of PM plans for the weekly and monthly maintenance activities.
Ø  Maintain proper logs of activities and record the operating conditions to compare and analyse with the running parameters for easy trouble shooting
Ø  Developed strategies to improve reliability of the plant through targeted breakdown reduction
Ø  Responsible for Capability building of Maintenance Team on different tools (BDA, MTBF, MTTR CIL, Centre lining etc.)
Ø  Vibration Analysis of Bearing, Analysis of Pumps Parts, Sealing Elements, Mechanical Seal, Gasket Alignment by Rim and Face Method
