I am writing this to facilitate my self as a potential talent for a job placement .I am a graduate of commerce and currently completing M.Sc Accounting and Finance from Gift University Gujranwala, Pakistan.

Along with learning experiences in Accountancy , Finance , Taxation , Marketing and Management , i have always participated actively in social and learning activities of diversified social welfare and professional organizations as volunteer ,team lead ,event organizer and secretary.

• In charge of warehousing of daily procurement from vendors and self-procurement, and recording accounts payable.

• In charge of reviewing the purchase order, goods delivery and goods return every day, following up the payment collection process of clients and managing the loan quota.

• In charge of Preparing Payroll of Employees on monthly basis

• In charge of price adjustment and billing adjustment, calculation of inventory cost variance, calculation of price adjustment subsidy from vendors and calculation of price adjustment compensation for clients.

• In charge of reconciliation of upstream and downstream accounts, reconciliation of monthly accounts with vendors, clients and other parties.

• In charge of sending daily or monthly reports and statements including the financial statements timely.

• In Charge of controlling company’s petty cash as per prescribed policy and procedure

• In Charge of monitoring, tracking and following-up of accounts receivables and accounts payables

• To Prepare documents and follow up with Banks for imports

• To prepare daily, fortnightly and monthly income, expense and P&L report and present same to the Managing Director and CEO using Quick Books.

 Closely monitor the movement of outstanding balances of all WBC/Retail Managers, Report on the updated status against each Manager.
 Review and Report on the relevant documents provided as evidences against debit credits.
 Manage waiver cases and PF related issues, Analyze their legal consequences. Liaison with legal, retail and audit department.
 Analyze, investigate and propose resolutions against all disputed cases.

 Special assignment to develop and implement SOP of Final settlement of Key Retailers, Shop Managers and ASMs.

 Update and reconcile personal General ledgers of shop Managers and wholesale depots in a timely manner.
 Prepare General Ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconcile accounts using Oracle Business Enterprise suite and MS Excel.
