Responsibilities:
Warehouse:
1. Receive and record all STN and shipments Orders.
2. Ensure all documents are filed.
3. Generate picklist/pack list
4. Ensure 100% accurate picking and shipping
5. Provide accurate and timely shipment information to Accounts for further processing of invoices.
6. Observe and ensure HSE Policies / Procedure
7. Cooperate with management, ensuring participation in proper training to understand the company’s QHSSE policies and showing adherence to these policies.
8. Physically monitoring daily operations (Loading/Offloading) to ensure errorless transactions.
E-Commerce:
Daraz:
1. Fulfillment of Daraz Orders from seller warehouse
2. Planning and dispatching FBD shipment to all Daraz Warehouses (ISB, LHE & KHI).
3. Inventory Management. (Managing Seller & FBD Shipments)
Shopify:
4. Fulfillment of Shopify Orders. (Packing, Generating Shipping Label, Tracking, and coordination with the customer)
5. Take care of all courier services related matters (TCS/M&P)
6. Updating all the Shopify consumptions in ERP to keep actual warehouse inventory levels up to date.
7. Maintain stock levels on Shopify.
8. Maintain returns and restocking on Shopify.
Admin Support
Travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights and cars.
Maintain proper records of administrative files for all PR correspondence between SRs and stakeholders.
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
Creating POs and procurement of Assets required.
Maintaining Inventories of available assets.
Purchasing Stationary items and printing material.
Maintaining and updating administrative files.
Conduct routine office correspondence.
Performing any other additional task regarding Admin support.
Additional Support (Supply Chain Assistance in International Operations):
Inventory management Remotely:
1. New shipments planning for Puerto Rico & Latvia Warehouses
2. Planning and creating Amazon Shipments
3. Monitoring Stock levels and keeping inventories up to date.
4. Logistic planning and preparation of shipment documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, BOL drafts, ASE/SLI declarations, etc.).
5. Assisting the sales team whenever required.
6. New Item Codes creation
7. Assisting in developing any new system
8. PO creations
9. Stock Transfer Notes (STN)
10. Goods Delivery Note (GDN)
11. Goods Receiving Notes (GRN)
Any other task assigned by the supervisor
Responsibilities:
1. Receive and record all ASN and shipments Orders through WMS.
2. Ensure all documents are filed on completion of shift.
3. Allocate customer orders in WMS as per requirement.
4. Allot docks to the containers
5. Generate pick list/pack list
6. Ensure completion of manual data collection sheet before it is filed
7. Effective coordination with client/sales team to ensure timely disposal order
8. Correspondence to clients regarding updated status of their shipments/orders under process as well as responding to related queries.
9. Provide accurate and timely shipment information to Key Accounts for further processing of invoices.
10. Observe and ensure HSE Policies / Procedure
11. Cooperate with management, ensuring participation in proper training to understand company’s QHSSE policies and showing adherence to these policies.
12. Certified First Aid provider from Red Crescent Society Pakistan.
