 Performance Management:
1. Ensure all the pre-requisites of Appraisal cycle should be done.
2. Ensure that every employee has his/her User ID & Password to access Appraisal.
3. Ensure the cycle has been completed within time frame
4. Working on reports of Performance Appraisal, Promotions & Education Enhancement & their presentations.

 HRMS (ERP) implementation:
1. Responsible to implement HR module all over Indus Network.
2. To train the end users on HR modules.
3. Provide solution of bugs to the end user by coordinating with IT representatives.

Duties & Responsibility:
1. Responsible for all activities related to recruitment & selection of the employees i.e. to identify staff vacancies and initiate recruitment process, scheduling of interviews and maintaining interview record.
2. To conduct telephonic Interviews of the out-station Field Force Inductees & One-to-one Interviews for head office staff & Karachi field force.
3. To keep records of all employees’ leaves and late comings.
4. Inform every month, the habitual absentees of all staff & its follow-up with the respective department heads. Give detail of above follow-up to Head of HR for necessary action.
5. To conduct exit interviews and identify reasons of employee resignation or termination.
6. Responsible for verification from the last employer of new inductees and to send letters of Reference Check to last employer.
7. Responsible for issuance of letters pertaining to appointment and confirmation of employees.
8. Responsible for documentation, maintaining records and compiling reports concerning personnel-related data such as joining, resignation and transfer of employees.
9. To prepare job ads and responsible for their placement on job portals, university notice boards and other applicable places.
10. Responsible to assist department heads for developmental activities for company staff and for the preparation of employees I.D. cards and all relevant effort in this regard.
11. To serve as a link between management and employees by handling queries, interpreting company policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.
12. To organize all company events e.g. Monthly Birthday Celebrations, Picnic, or any party & gathering, in coordination with Admin. Department.
