I have worked with Micro-merger and was responsible to monitor implementing partners (IP) activities of UNICEF funded project for polio eradication programme.
I hold the following major responsibilities
i Monitor pre, intra and post campaign activities.
ii. Monitor the quality of area level micro-plan at the union council levels.
iii. Working with open data kit and online data management.
iv. Monitoring the training in the pre campaign phase at UC level.
v. collect and compile data against monitoring indicators and report to the head office.

Monitor and support pre-campaign activities particularly planning.
Preparing and monitoring the quality of area level Micro-planning, at the union council, tehsil and districts levels.
Monitor the availability of human and material resources and provide necessary support as required
Ensure selection of appropriate vaccinators and supervisors according to the guidelines
Monitor and support the trainings in the pre-campaign phase; for various categories of health workers involved in vaccination and supervision.
Monitor the utilization of resources and report issue, if any.
Working under the supervision of Field Coordinator (FC) with a technical guidance from Monitoring and Reporting Officer and provide field monitoring data.
Directly interact with the field staff for third party monitoring and guide on standards of data collection and reporting.
Collect and compile data against monitoring indicators and report to the head office.

Third party monitoring of Health, Education, Child Protection, Nutrition, and WASH related activities project
Follow-up of items distributed at the site and ensure quality as per project document
Assist in conducting regular meeting with IP and donor agency
In consultation with provincial coordinator and implementing partners encourage women to take part in health, education, protection, nutrition and WASH related activities
Report on weekly basis to the Apex and donor agency

Conduct field visits and to arrange meeting with the female of assigned area and to train them regarding the daily 10 standard way of hand washing practices.
Conducting baseline surveys and identification of beneficiaries
Organizing the community into female community organizations
Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FDG)
Preparing tokens and Muster roll for the distribution of Hygiene kits to the flood affected communities.
Any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor

Maintenance of library collection
Assist with library program and display
Performs other duties as assigned
