I was responsible to collect data, identifying the youth leaders and building their capacity, also mobilize youth to enhance their capacity for the skill training programs, and establishing a youth leader’s team, women leading role team, and elder’s team for the development of the community.

I was responsible to conduct all interventions and activities to promote education, monitoring & evaluate all activities as per given formats, and also conducting a community awareness sessions for adults/parents regarding education and community development programs.

I am responsible to identify businesses on the base on needs and experience of the community with value-added & supply chain processes, from concept notes to execution.

I was responsible to ensure the excellence of the survey with accuracy using CAPI material & achieve given targets from the regional office. I was also responsible for managing the team (Social Mobilizer, Lister & Enumerators)

I was responsible to ensure excellence in academics in allocated Engro Foundation adopted schools of Government by monitoring, supervising, and facilitating project staff and teachers in all academic areas, keeping in view the larger mission of Engro Foundation.

I was responsible for oversight of technical, administrative, and managerial dimensions of Sindh Reading Program (SRP-USAID) activities at targeted union councils and local community levels.
