Recruited various types of contractor’s such as W2, 1099 & Corp-to-Corp.
Expert in creating search strings and searching the suitable candidates using leading job sites like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice and Recruit BPM.
Involved in onboarding of newly hired staff.
Preparing and formatting the candidates resumes as per clients requirement.
Create candidate bios, summarizing and highlighting key skills for clients
Recruited all levels of professionals from entry level to senior level executives, evaluated their skill
Sets and determined where they may fit best for the position.
Maintain reports on submission for the requirements handled in a week; track the corporate progress.

Updated consultant details and good knowledge prioritizing resume in VMS (Vendor Management System)
Follow up with client/candidate post interview/offer.
