 Managing the Health Bar menu of Food & Beverage, cleanliness, hygiene standards
 To make sure that the members are happy with the food and beverages services for the specific venue.
 Ensure gym equipment cleanliness, in working order & organized.
 Implement HR policies & procedures.
 Ensure the trainers are coaching the customers in their exercise plans. Ensure effective team spirit among the staff.
 Participating in the health / fitness training & update knowledge of self & the team,
 Planning &coordinating gym committee meeting.
 Arrange meeting agenda.
 First Aid & CPR in emergency.
 Ensure the fire system & appliances are up to date.
 Maximising the sales through collective efforts.

 Coordinate & supervise the studio operations.
 Supervise overall operations, maintenance & planning of the facility.
 Staff management i.e. housekeeping, Snacks Bar, reception, pool & Gym.
 Report weekly & monthly to the GM.
 Coordinate the recruitment, hiring, firing, training, evaluation & counseling of the staff with the GM.
 Ensure, staff, completes required training programs / courses completes team members, performance evaluation.
 Inventory management.
 Responsible for the health bar and juice bar.

Responsible for the Swimming activities of the Islamabad Serena Hotels. & the Gym.
