1.To maintain workforce for all Department as per Requirement.
2.To enter shift roaster in time attendance system on weekly basis and communicate to the concerned departments for necessary arrangements.
3.Enter all new contractual workers data in system and prepare ID cards of all new contractual workers when required
4.To maintain all attendance record including overtime records using Limton technology.
5.To maintain Leave Record of all employees.
6.To maintain Hiring, documentation & other legal requirements of new employees.
7.To manage trainings of safety& GMP of new employees.
8.To process the input for payroll on monthly basis.
9.To Check Security Reports like Logbook, Visitor record, Vehicle record, Inward gate pass Record. Outward gate pass Record, Returnable & Non-returnable Gate passes Record.
10.Liaison with Government agencies such as EOBI, Education Cess, BESSI, Shops & establishment, Safety, Workers Welfare, Labor manpower, Labor Directorate etc.
11.Compliance of applicable Labour Laws.
12.Proactive handling of workers matters related factory’s operation.
13.Provide & prepare all necessary data regarding any disciplinary action against employee.
14.Communicate Company rules and management instructions on various issues/ matters relating to employees and monitor compliance therewith.
