I'm Haroon Ali I have done MBA in marketing and finance in SZABIST Karachi final semester continue and I have done my graduation in Business Administration I have passed BBA(Hons) in 2014, after my graduation I have Joined UBL Contact centre from 23-Jun-2016 to 13-10-2017 as a Phone banking officer, my Job Descriptions was at UBL contact center are provides financial services to Customers by phone call, worked over different soft wares, and different applications, Handling Customer Queries and Providing Information as per Defined Standards, Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries on phone, Cross-selling various banking products to customers on phone, Understanding customer needs and solve their problems on defined time.
Then joined Jubilee life Insurance as a Bancassurance Sales Executive sitting was in Habib Metropolitan Bank,
my job responsibilities was there to sell policies to HMB's account holders.
worked around nine months, and now working as a MTO in Habib Insurance Company Limited.
