Employee Cycle: Orientation to new joiners, takes necessary actions accordingly to policy, issuance of letters. Keeping track of (Probation / Contract Renewal & Contract Expiries), Maintain Employee personal file, processing employee announcements for joining, promotion, separations or change requests.
Full and Final Settlement:
Employee clearance, issuing experience letters and final settlement of employees at the time of separation.
Training and Development:
Coordinate with training and development department after performance appraisal.
Attendance and Leave Management:
Maintain daily attendance and leave record from all different sites of Punjab and Directorate.
Execute HR Policies and operations:
To ensure employee working hours and timings, Communicate HR policies with employees, take disciplinary actions by giving employees show cause notice and warning letters/termination letters. To complete daily basis tasks assigned by HR Manager.
Responsible for the internal and external audit:
Assisting for yearly and surprised audit of HR department, to maintain and keep record for all the supporting documents helpful for audit.
Health Insurance:
Coordinate with Jubilee insurance for submitting employees IPD/OPD claims as well as resolve quires.
Payroll:
Executed disbursement of salary compiled accurate data for payroll and forwarded it to Finance department before strict deadline.
Ø Dealing with the data of approximately 1800+ employees.
Ø Responsible for maintaining employee personal files.
Ø Responsible for updating HRIS and payroll software on timely basis.
Ø Maintaining monthly leave record of employees for payroll purpose.
Ø Maintaining HR data base through employee information form.
Ø Shortlisting candidates for recruitment and selection, assisting Manager HR in carrying out the recruitment process.
Ø Responsible to make report for new joiners and leaver on monthly basis.
Ø Confidently handle employee’s queries.
