· To maintain field Farm Machinery of 4000 acres field i.e. Tractors from 60 -340 HP, manufacturing and maintenance techniques of agricultural Land preparation implements i.e. Disk harrow, Pressure disk harrow, Rotavator, Cultivators, PS Laser Land Level, Front blade, and land sowing implements like planters 4.5 feet, 6 feet, Mechanical sowing cane billet planter, cover machine, Fertilizer applicators, Fipronol applicators and Applicator for Raton crop, Early hill up, Wheat Drill, Ridgers, etc. I know all tools and machines used in Fabricating and Tractor workshops.
· Working with Modern high horsepower machinery i.e. Magnum-340, TM-7010, Puma-140, and Modern Agricultural Implements like Ecolotiger 540 C, GPS guided Zonal Ripper, GPS guided Markup bar tool, GPS Scrapers, Ditcher for making drains.
· Manufacturing and maintenance techniques of High horsepower Sugarcane Harvester like Cameco and austoft.
· Installation and maintenance of water Resources like Turbine, Tube well, centrifugal water pumps, and modern high-efficiency irrigation techniques like Flume Irrigation and Centre Pivot System, and Boom Irrigator, etc.
· Local purchasing and making Head office demands of spare parts as per need.
· Team leader of the mechanic group, tractor drivers, and irrigation team.
· Monitoring of Field operations and giving training about Farm machinery to Field supervisors, Mechanics, and derivers Arrange Fortnight meetings to judge progress and solve their field problem.
· Provide working Environment to Agricultural officers, Divisional Manager Farms, Assistant Manager Farms, and Farm officers.
· Machining work on Dairy/Hay machinery maintenance and assembling like disk mowers, Fluffers, rack .bailers for Rhode grass or Hay, mini and large harvesters FX 375 machines for fodder crops, maize harvesters new Holland model 1900, 1900/s and also agronomic practices Production wise.

Got Training at JK Dairies Pvt Ltd under Neville Legg on Rhode grass machinery (Mower, Tadder, Rack, Square baler, etc) Nowadays working with Mathew Sykes Agri. Machinery expert Australia. Cultivation implements like Ecolotiger 530 c, Bed regenerator, GPS guided zonal Ripper, Crumble Rollers, Finishing blades, etc.
