• Planning and coordinating the work going on at project sites, organizing and directing site labor and the delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment.
• Coordinating and interacting with the consultants, main contractor and sub-contractors for project progress.
• Establishing detailed programs for the coordination of site activities, and complete coordination and supervision of daily activities at various sites.
• Preparation of job cost analysis and monitoring the project cost at regular intervals to avoid cost over-runs.
