With a focus on Human Resources, expertise mainly in recruitment, training and development and talent management as my major electives. I aim to work in such an organization where I can improve my skills and work hard to achieve expertise in any field as well as establish and maintain an effective long-term working relationships with the organization I plan to work in. Understanding and connecting with people is important for an individual to be successful in the field of Human Resources. I am a flexible individual and aim to establish that communication at all levels.
HRM is the backbone of an organization and I want to work as a key and soul of the organization.
