Provide support to Sales Head for business & collection of outstanding premium by meeting and calling customers for payment overdue reminders
Developing close & interpersonal relationship with Brokers in Abu Dhabi.
Monitor sales team & Brokers business on weekly and monthly basis against targets of sales and premium collection and report to Sales Head
Dealing with the day to day business inquiries pertaining to Motor & Non-Motor business.
Work with Branch Head to promote a positive, enthusiastic work environment towards excellent Customer Service and harmonious Employee Relationships
Coordinate with other departments such as Underwriting, Claims, Operations, IT etc. in for resolution of all pending service requests from brokers.
Provide support to Brokers & Sales Team existing & new customers on their behalf by coordinating for Quotation, Policy Approvals, Claim status and Payment collections
Submission of various reports including Broker Production Budgets, Production analysis, Receivable status etc. in a comprehensive and timely manner to the Head of Sales.
Advising client through Brokers on the Risk Improvement & Risk Management, if required.
Follow up on overdue payments from brokers.
Performing administrative duties included but not limited to dealing with courier service, petty cash handling, collecting & depositing payments & cheques in bank.
Coordinating with Underwriting to Issue Insurance policies of Brokers & sales team in their absence
Providing the services as a Trainer of Online Premia Portal (Company Software) to Sales Team and Brokers
Scheduling and attending meetings with brokers Abu Dhabi
Collecting cheques from brokers against their outstanding
Depositing payments & cheques in the bank
Coordinating with Brokers to resolve their issues in terms of Rates, Claims or any other services if required to assist Head of Sales
Provide input on existing process for Improving Customer Service in Area of Sal

Confirm delivery 48 to 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery of product.
Maintain “Issue Tracking” software ensuring delivery dates and/or freight tracking information is always up to date.
Notify the end user and buyer of any delays in delivery as soon as they are known.
Prioritize stores receiving activities daily.
Provide quotes to customer for aircraft related parts as per company policy.
Place orders to fill customer requirements and generate parts sale documents.
Coordinate shipments internally and supply customer with shipment information.
Follow up to ensure customer orders are completed through to invoicing.
